By making a purchase on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy and to our Terms of Service.

Eligibility for a Refund

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may be eligible for a full refund of your initial subscription payment if you meet both of the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • You have not used any of the Credits included with that subscription plan.

Note: Any free or promotional Credits used during the sign-up or trial process do not disqualify you from this guarantee.

Service Failure

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if our Services were unavailable or failed to perform due to a verifiable fault on our side. Each case will be reviewed by our support team on an individual basis.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The 14-day period since your initial subscription purchase has passed.
  • You have used one or more of the Credits from your purchased subscription or Credit package.
  • You are unsatisfied with the AI-generated output. Our service provides a tool, and the quality of the result can be influenced by many factors, including the quality of the uploaded image and your chosen settings.
  • You forgot to cancel your auto-renewing subscription. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date as outlined in our Terms of Service.
  • Your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional circumstances not covered above, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund if we believe the request is reasonable and well-founded. The decision to grant a discretionary refund rests entirely with MyPhotoAlive.com.

How to Request a Refund or Dispute a Charge

To request a refund, or if you wish to dispute a fee or charge, please contact our support team at hello@myphotoalive.com. Include the email address associated with your account, the date and amount of the charge, and a detailed explanation of your request.

Any disputes regarding fees or charges must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the date the charge was made, in line with our Terms of Service.

Our team will review your request and typically respond within 3–5 business days.
